Founded in 1991, The Kurdistan Deaf Association is the leader of Deaf advocacy in Duhok. We work every day to eliminate social, economic, and educational barriers faced by the Deaf community, as well as provide support to Deaf Community members in need.

If you are a Deaf Kurd in need, contact us to learn more about how we can assist you. We document existing barriers and challenges faced by Deaf people in Kurdistan and advocate on the community’s behalf. We also work closely with NGOs and governments across the world to design and implement programming to improve the livelihood of our community.
